Tesla has launched a ‘Wireless Charger’ which costs $65. The charger is not for the Tesla vehicle, but for the phones. Tech enthusiasts might not even buy it as it has been priced a little bit higher than it should have been, but still, few might consider buying this expensive piece as it comes with really nice looking Tesla logo on it.

According to Tesla, “The Tesla Wireless Charger is a 6000mAh (22.2Wh) battery-powered inductive charging pad that features the same design language used in our energy products, like Powerwall.”

The Qi-certified Tesla Wireless Charger comes with an integrated USB-C cable which allows you to plug it directly into your device, and a USB-A port for non-USB-C devices. It features a Lithium-ion polymer 6,000 mAh battery that generates an output charging of 5W. Whereas, the users get 7.5W of output through the wired charging method. Further, it can give you 21 hours of talk-time, 18 hours of additional surfing.

It is available in two color variants – black and white.

If one plans to buy a wireless charger then there are several better options available on Amazon.com. But, if you want a piece with a nice looking Tesla logo printed on it, then get ready to spend $65.
